Objective

Rebuilt GNC's mobile app storefront into a high-performance, scalable e-commerce platform designed to serve millions of users.

Implementation

This project involved a full development lifecycle, encompassing phases like sales, planning, development, testing, launch, and ongoing maintenance. A proof-of-concept (POC) with Fabric.inc's headless e-commerce CMS was created during the sales phase to showcase the solution's capabilities. The planning stage included technical specification documents and research on the technology stack for the mobile application. Following client approval of the UI design, the project transitioned to development. The team collaboratively implemented the application, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints. Integration of the payment system to guarantee secure transactions played a key role in the testing phase. After successful testing, the project was launched.
